The Memphis Turkey Trot is one of the largest annual races in the Memphis area, with more than 2,000 participants of all ages! The race begins at 9 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, and participants walk, run and make memories within the picturesque Shelby Farms Park. Starting at 8am runners can begin their annual Turkey Trot and complete the 5K course. All runners must be started by 9am. This staggered start will allow for additional distancing at the start line and throughout the entire course and should make for a fun and relaxing morning. Run now, feast later! Relay exchange point is located on the Path adjacent to the Boat Launch parking lot. Runners can easily walk between the Visitor Center and the Relay Exchange point during the race.
