Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, 2024 – Thanksgiving Holiday; Wednesday, December 25, 2024 – Christmas Holiday; Wednesday, January 1, 2025 – New Year’s Holiday; Restricted parking for street sweeping will not be enforced on these city holidays. Most areas have either 1 hour or 2-hour restrictions in the morning but the hours of enforcement vary a lot – you will find them posted on the parking signs. For example, my street sweeping is the 1st and 3rd Wednesday and Thursdays of the month. If the 1st of the month happens on a Thursday, then there will be street sweeping on that Thursday even though there was not street sweeping on the Wednesday. Next Wednesday will be the FIRST Wednesday of the month, so, you'll have street sweeping on that day.
