Over 750,000 spring flowers, including tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, poppies, and more create the award-winning Tulip Festival – an unforgettable display of color and design through the 50-acre Ashton Gardens. Thanksgiving Point’s Ashton Gardens is a 50-acre oasis of trees, blooms, hardscapes, water features, sculptures and more. Featuring 250,000 tulips spread throughout the 55-acre Thanksgiving Point Gardens, the Tulip Festival is an awe-inspiring sight that is redesigned each year to create a new display. On Fridays and Saturdays, the Tulip Festival includes spectacular tulips, music, vendors, and food. There are two events in the Ashton Gardens at Thanksgiving Point that are some of our favorite adventures of the year. First is the Tulip Festival held every spring. The gardens are covered in tulips and daffodils and it is beautiful. The Ashton Gardens is a botanical oasis in the Utah desert. Featuring 50 acres of stately gardens, grand lawns, and the largest manmade waterfall in America, the Gardens offer opportunities to reflect and rejuvenate in the wonders of the natural world. The much-anticipated 20th Annual Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival is set to return to Ashton Gardens this spring, showcasing an unparalleled display of more than 250,000 tulips alongside half a million other spring bulbs. Every year in Spring Thanksgiving Point hosts the Tulip Festival in the Ashton Gardens. This is the time when the gardens are awakening and all the tulips, daffodils, and other beautiful flowers are blooming in the springtime. The Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival holds multiple awards and unique accolades. In 2020, the “tulipa Thanksgiving Point” was unveiled in the Gardens. This highly fragrant, lily-flowering tulip is a bright sunny yellow and is registered on the International Register of Tulip Names. Join us for Thanksgiving Point's Tulip Festival from April 10 to May 18, 2024. Thousands of tulips are imported directly from Holland each year to make this event one of the best tulip festivals in the nation.
